For a really nutritious and extra delicious breakfast, make organic oats one of your ingredients in your morning cereal. I do it, and it has made all the difference in the world to me. In fact, everyday of my life has oats in it. I experiment with my morning recipes. Sometimes I put up to 15 different items in my morning cereal. Things like dried apricots to short grain brown rice to rolled oats with bee pollen sprinkled on top make up my hot meal. The nutrition I receive from this morning delight powers me into the afternoon. Hopefully, the next time you buy your oats, you'll make sure they have been organically grown and have an organic certification label on the package. To your good health . . .
